Navigating Life with Counselling

Welcome to Yateley Counselling. offering confidential counselling to people over 16. I work alongside clients while they navigate the uncertainties and challenges of life, helping transform these challenges into life-enhancing opportunities.  I believe in the strong relational connection that counselling offers, where clients are empowered to move forward in a truly resilient manner.

Know Me

I was born and educated in England, but spent much of my working life in Southern Africa, and I have a personal appreciation of how different cultures may affect relationships.

My background is in Business Administration and Teaching, which initially led me into counselling. I work as an Integrative Counsellor—this just means  I am able to draw from a range of concepts from a number of counselling theories which can be tailored to suit your specific needs.

As an accredited member of the BACP, I abide by their ethical framework, which protects both the client and the counsellor (see weblink), and I am registered with the Professional Standards Authority (see logo below).
